Absolutely phenomenal scrambled dog! With all the places in Phenix City to eat while I'm at work, this place is at the top of the list! Probably the largest plated scrambled dog you will find in the area. I added cheese and slaw to mine. Very reasonably priced as well!

Some damn good barbecue! On my way home to GA from Florida decided to stop at some random place. The barbecue was tinder and tasty, really good. I got the barbecue plate. Definitely a stopping point when I go to Florida.

Not the best tasting Bbq in the area, But for all the food you get at a great price, it's worth coming here, I gave a 5 star because of the Great Customer service, Will be going back soon

Hog Rock is one of those "been around forever" gems. It's rough around the edges in all the right ways, and you can't beat it for the price. It's a must do.

So. Darn. Delicious! Our family was traveling back from Florida to Missouri and stopped to grab lunch & I'm glad we chose this spot (a gem). A sweet young woman (Savannah) greeted us when we walked in. Their menu was cheap for the portion served . All tables had a hot sauce and BBQ sauce. The restaurant was clean. There were plenty of tables to accommodate the lunch rush. Our kiddos got tenders and fries, my husband got the pork platter, & I got the turkey sandwich. We were all impressed with our food. The ladies working behind the counter were friendly and helpful. This is the kind of spot we need in STL. Way to go Hog Rock! Thank you for the great food and hospitality!!

Guys this place is on fire we went in and my son saw the five for five deal on the barbecue sandwiches he said they must be about the size of a crystal those suckers were as big as a regular barbecue sandwich everybody in there was nice and they gave me free condiments even gave me some extra slaw to go on top of it

The place is well worth a visit. Just the best BBQ sandwiches for the price. The staff is friendly and the service was really fast. I had a sliced pork sandwich, really good and very filling.
